  • Add Alias to user : User -> Preferences -> Messaging and Social :
    • Notification Management : Handle in Odoo
    • Select the Alias

While testing the configuration, no mails are received by the system. 

The mail does not arrive to Odoo. When I check the logs I see the following error:

ValueError: Mailbox unavailable - model res.users does not accept document update

Any idea ?
